NW BASEMENT

Renovation of the basement at this historic 1892 North West Portland home adding a bar, living area, office, wine room, and powder room. The original brick was painted by a past owner and the new owners wanted to restore them using a soda blasting technique. We reclaimed fir floors pulled from the attic and gave them new life as a screen between the bar and the office and wrapping the curved island.
